Welcome to I.A.O.I
The International Association of Organizational Innovation (IAOI) is an international association devoted to interaction among American, Taiwan and China through our conferences and journals. This association was founded in 2005 with an international conference and will become one of the largest organizational innovation associations in the near future.
The International Association of Organizational Innovation (IAOI) wants to contribute to a better understanding, practice and acceptance of creativity and innovation in China, Taiwan and USA. The I.A.O.I wants to achieve this by organizing conferences; building a network of interested persons in the subjects of creativity and innovation; stimulating research and distributing research publications. Every year the International Conference on Industrial globalization and Technology Innovation are held in China or several of countries all over the world. Students are encouraged to participate in the International conference and participate in a student paper competition. All presentations from the conferences are published in conference proceeding while all presentations can be submitted to the refereed.
The International Association of Organizational Innovation (IAOI) is the professional organization for technology, innovation, design, and engineering educators. Our mission is to promote Innovational literacy for all by supporting the teaching of Organizational Innovation and promoting the professionalism of those engaged in this pursuit. IAOI strengthens the profession through International legislative efforts, professional development and membership services.
